What is Vision Insurance?​

Vision Insurance is a health and wellness plan designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care including eye exams and prescription eye wear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).

Plan Rules:

  • Eligibility: Full-time employees working 20+ hours/week, spouse, & children (up to age 26)

  • Coverage through NVA

  • Claims must be submitted online within 90 days of the date of service.

  • In-Network Provider Directory: NVA Provider
