VISION
What is Vision Insurance?​
Vision Insurance is a health and wellness plan designed to reduce your costs for routine preventive eye care including eye exams and prescription eye wear (eyeglasses and contact lenses).
Plan Rules:

Eligibility: Eligible full-time employees working more than 25 hours/week, spouse & children up to age 26
